All prices quoted in the web site are in Australian dollars. Prices quoted are correct at time of viewing but are subject to change without notice.
All prices listed include 10% GST (Australian Good and Service Tax).
Order Processing Time
As items are usually made to order, please allow 3-5 working days for them to be processed and shipped.
However under circumstances where high volume requests are being experienced, please understand that there may be delay in processing as all products are handmade. If such situation occurs, an email will be sent to notify you of the delay and the expected delivery time-frame.

Please ensure that we can reach you at the mailing address as signature will be required.
As we do not ship to PO Boxes, a street address is required.
Australia deliveries will be sent using Registered Australia Post.
- Please allow 1-3 working days for domestic delivery upon sending.
International deliveries will be sent using Australia International Post.
- Please allow 5-15 working days for international delivery upon sending.
- A tracking number for AusPost will be provided for delivery to the United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand
- All items shipped outside Australia are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.

Cancellations after this time will be not be accepted.
