We want to ensure your satisfaction with our jewelleries, hence each piece is handcrafted to the highest quality and checked individually before shipment.

Please select and buy carefully as we do not refund or exchange due to change of mind.

If a piece is faulty or damage:

  1. Please email us within 3 calender days upon receiving.
  2. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, in their original box, and must be post-marked within 10 calendar days of receipt.
  3. Items must be packaged to prevent damage on the return journey.
  4. A replacement or a full refund of the price of the item will be given but no refund will be given for shipping charges
  5. Once your returned item is received
    • we will send you an email to notify you
    • if your refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
    • if your exchange request is approved, we will send out a replacement item to you
